Gwinnett County, GA
Suwanee’s general contractor
Suwanee has grown steadily and has a mix of established and newer neighborhoods.
The houses in Suwanee
Houses fifteen to thirty years old make up most of it. Finish updates, basement completion and outdoor living are the common projects.

Gwinnett has some of the widest range in the metro, from seventies ranches to recent construction. The ranches in particular respond well to opening up a wall or two.
We are based in Roswell, which puts Suwanee comfortably inside our working radius. Suwanee sits in Gwinnett County, and the rest of that county is on the county page.
What we do in Suwanee
Eight categories, forty-six services, all of it available here.

How we work
SSRGA started in 2021, but Igor Dubovoy had already put twenty years into the trade by then. His last job before the company was at an outfit doing roughly five hundred remodels a month, and he watched the quality drop as the numbers rose. He built SSRGA to work the opposite way, with fewer jobs and more care on each one.
You will deal with the same people from the walkthrough through the final punch list. On a job this disruptive, that matters more than most people expect.
How a job actually runs
A walkthrough, not a sales call
We start by looking at the space together. You tell us what is bothering you about it and what you want instead; we tell you what is realistic, what it takes, and where the money actually goes.
Demo, then an honest conversation
Once things are open we can see the framing, the substrate and whatever the last crew left behind. Anything we find gets shown to you with a plan attached, not buried under new drywall.
The build, run on a schedule you can see
Same crew, predictable days, the space swept before we leave. Remodeling is disruptive enough without wondering whether anyone is showing up.

How scope drives cost
Two versions of the same project can differ enormously depending on choices that have nothing to do with what you can see at the end.
Relocating fixtures, changing structure and expanding footprint are the expensive decisions. Material and finish selections matter, but they move the number far less than people assume.
We will lay out where those decision points are for your project, including where spending more genuinely buys you something and where it does not.
Seeing more of it
The photos on this page came from our own jobs, and so does everything in the gallery. Browse it by project type. You will find tear-off and site work in there too, the parts most contractors leave out.
How we think about materials
There is a version of every product at three price points and the differences are not always where the marketing says. Some of it is genuine performance and some of it is finish options.
If it gets covered, we specify it carefully. A cheap membrane under a shower floor is a problem that waits years to show itself, then costs a full tear-out. A towel bar is a choice you can change whenever you want.
That means we sometimes talk clients out of upgrades. If a mid-range fixture performs the same as the expensive one, we would rather that money went into the part of the job nobody sees.

How long this takes
The honest answer is that it depends on scope and on what the house has been hiding, but that is not an excuse for a vague schedule. After the walkthrough you get dates.
We sequence around lead times rather than starting demolition and hoping. If the cabinets are eight weeks out, we do not tear out your kitchen in week one.
When something does change, you hear it from us the day we know. The worst version of a remodel is the one where the homeowner works out the schedule has slipped by noticing nobody showed up.
What gets inspected
Anything structural, most mechanical work, and every addition. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections and are on site for them.
Contractors who work around permitting are avoiding scrutiny, and the scrutiny is the point. The details inspectors look hardest at are the ones that cause real failures.
It also protects you later. Unpermitted work surfaces at the worst possible moment, which is usually when you are selling or making a claim.
Keeping it right afterward
Daily wear is rarely what ruins good work. Moisture is. Old caulk that cracks and a fan that only pushes air into the ceiling are both small things, and both add up over a decade.
We walk you through what your specific project needs and how often. Some of it is annual, some of it is once every several years, and most of it takes minutes.
Our number does not stop working when the job ends. If a door starts sticking or a joint opens up, call and we will come see it.
Where this is
Questions people ask
Will we be able to live in the house during the work?
Most families stay put during a one-room job, a bathroom or a kitchen say. When the project covers the whole house or adds major square footage, staying gets harder, and we will say so plainly before you commit.
Do you handle permits?
Permits are on us. Work that needs one gets one, including additions, structural changes and most plumbing or electrical moves, and every one of them gets inspected.
How long does a project like this take?
We will not give you a timeline over the phone, because the honest answer depends on what is behind the walls. Once we have walked the job, you get dates. A single bathroom tends to land in the few-weeks range, and full remodels take months.
How do we get started?
Most people start with a phone call to (678) 665-7771. Some prefer the contact page. Both get you a walkthrough at no cost, and a sales pitch is not part of it.
Who is actually on site?
The people you met at the walkthrough. Igor stays hands-on, so when you have a question at the job site, the answer comes from someone holding the tools.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
You get a call that same day, with photos. We explain what we found and how we want to handle it, and nothing gets covered up without your knowledge.
Let us come look at your Suwanee project
Start with a walkthrough. Call (678) 665-7771 or reach us through the contact page, and Igor will come out, look at the space as it is, and tell you plainly what the scope looks like. A job like this takes over part of your house for weeks, so it helps that the people you meet on day one are the same people finishing the job.
