Gwinnett County, GA
Snellville’s general contractor
Snellville is largely seventies through nineties housing in established neighborhoods.
The houses in Snellville
Solid houses with dated interiors. Kitchen and bath remodels are the bulk of what we do here, along with flooring throughout and the occasional addition.

Gwinnett has some of the widest range in the metro, from seventies ranches to recent construction. The ranches in particular respond well to opening up a wall or two.
We are based in Roswell, which puts Snellville comfortably inside our working radius. Snellville sits in Gwinnett County, and the rest of that county is on the county page.
What we do in Snellville
Eight categories, forty-six services, all of it available here.

How we work
SSRGA exists because of something Igor Dubovoy watched happen. He had been in the trade twenty years, most recently at an outfit turning out roughly five hundred remodels a month, and quality slid as the volume climbed. In 2021 he left to build a smaller shop that could beat that operation on the work itself.
You will deal with the same people from the walkthrough through the final punch list. On a job this disruptive, that matters more than most people expect.
How a job actually runs
We walk the space with you
Igor comes out, looks at what is actually there, and talks through what you want. No sales pitch, no pressure to decide that day. You get a straight read on what the job involves and what it will take.
We open it up and deal with what we find
Demolition tells the truth about a house. Rot, bad framing, plumbing someone improvised in 1985. We show you what turns up and how we plan to handle it before we cover any of it back up.
We build it and keep you in the loop
You know who is coming and when. The site gets cleaned at the end of the day. If something changes, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

How scope drives cost
Two versions of the same project can differ enormously depending on choices that have nothing to do with what you can see at the end.
The big costs come from moving fixtures, altering structure or adding square footage. Finish choices count too, just much less than most people expect.
We will lay out where those decision points are for your project, including where spending more genuinely buys you something and where it does not.
Seeing more of it
If you want to see how we handle the messy middle of a job, the gallery is the place. It is organized by kind of work and shows construction stages along with finished results, all from our own projects.
Working with a small shop
At a large company your questions pass through an office before they reach anyone holding a tool. Here they go to Igor, who is on site and knows the answer because he is doing the work.
Being small also caps how many jobs we run at the same time. If our schedule is full, you will hear that from us along with an honest start date, and we will not sign your project just to let it sit until a crew opens up.
The crew that starts your project finishes it. That continuity matters more than most people expect on work that runs for weeks.

Specifying the job
Homeowners spend a lot of time choosing tile and fixtures. The products that decide how long a remodel lasts are the ones underneath, the underlayment and the waterproofing, and almost nobody asks about those.
So we specify the hidden layers to a standard and let the visible layers follow your budget. That is not a sales position, it is just where the risk actually sits.
If you have already bought materials, bring us in before installation rather than after. Some products are much harder to install well than others and it is better to know in advance.
What the schedule actually looks like
We give you a real schedule after the walkthrough, and we tell you when it moves. Most schedule slippage in remodeling comes from two places: material lead times and things found during demolition.
Lead times we manage by ordering early. Cabinets, windows, specialty tile and anything custom gets ordered before demolition where the sequence allows, so you are not living in a half-finished room waiting on a delivery.
Discovery we manage by budgeting time for it. On any house over about twenty years old, something turns up. Planning as though nothing will is how projects end up months late with everyone frustrated.
Keeping it right afterward
Remodels rarely fail all at once. They wear out from small neglect, like a shower joint nobody recaulked, or an exhaust fan dumping moisture into the attic instead of outside.
We walk you through what your specific project needs and how often. Some of it is annual, some of it is once every several years, and most of it takes minutes.
Call us first if anything we built does not seem right. A different contractor would be guessing at what is behind it. We already know, and we would rather look at it than have you live with it.
Where this is
Questions people ask
How long does a project like this take?
The part that stretches a schedule is usually hidden: rot under a tub, old wiring, framing that was never right. That is why the timeline comes after the walkthrough, and why we tell you right away if something we uncover changes it. Bathrooms are typically a few weeks, whole homes several months.
Who is actually on site?
The same crew, and Igor is on the job rather than running it from a truck somewhere else. That is the difference a smaller shop can offer.
How do we get started?
Tell us a little about the project by phone at (678) 665-7771 or through the contact page, and we will schedule a walkthrough. It is free, and what you decide afterward is entirely up to you.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
Surprises come with opening up a house. Our job is to make sure you see what we see, with photos and a plan, on the day it turns up, before anything is covered again.
Will we be able to live in the house during the work?
It depends on how much of the house is torn open at once. One room at a time, yes in most cases. For full remodels and larger additions, we talk it through honestly at the walkthrough.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, wherever the job calls for them. We file the paperwork and meet the inspectors. Additions, structural work and most relocated plumbing or electrical all go through permitting with us.
Let us come look at your Snellville project
A phone call to (678) 665-7771 is the quickest way in, or send a message through the contact page. Igor comes to the house himself. He will talk through layout and finishes with you and tell you straight what the job involves. You will not be handed off to a new team halfway through, which counts for a lot when your bathroom is out of service.
