Window Installation done properly
A window is a hole in the wall. Everything about installing one is about managing that hole.
What this work involves
Full-frame replacement takes the old window out to the rough opening, which lets us see and correct the framing and install a proper sill pan. Insert replacements go inside the existing frame and are faster and cheaper, but they keep whatever is behind the old frame.

We will tell you which is appropriate. If there is any sign of water damage below the openings, inserts are covering up a problem rather than fixing it.
Doing a whole elevation at once usually costs less per opening than one at a time and gives a consistent trim result, which matters more than people think on the street-facing side.
The sequence on a job like this
- Assessment of whether full-frame or insert replacement is appropriate
- Rough opening inspected and framing corrected on full-frame work
- Sill pan, flashing and sealant in the correct sequence
- Insulation at the perimeter, interior and exterior trim

What we look at before quoting window installation
Every window installation job starts the same way: we look at what the new work has to sit on. Doing a whole elevation at once usually costs less per opening than one at a time and gives a consistent trim result, which matters more than people think on the street-facing side.
Checking it up front is what keeps the price stable. If something is going to complicate the job, we want to see it on the walkthrough, when it costs a conversation, and not weeks into demolition.
Worth knowing
The thing that usually goes wrong
Insert windows fitted over rotted framing. The new window looks perfect and the wall keeps getting wetter.
You can only see about a third of a finished remodel. The rest is behind drywall and under tile, and that hidden two thirds is what decides whether the visible third still looks right in ten years. It is also where corners get cut, because nobody is going to check.
Catching this early is what the walkthrough is for, and it is free. Call (678) 665-7771 or contact us here, and Igor will come out and give you a straight read on what you are looking at.

Where we do this work
We stay close to home. The company is based in Roswell and takes work in six counties, Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Forsyth, Gwinnett and DeKalb. Marietta, GA, Woodstock, GA and Alpharetta, GA are three of the cities on our service areas page, next to thirty-nine others.
Have a look at the gallery for finished work, or call (678) 665-7771 and we will come out.
How scope drives cost
Two versions of the same project can differ enormously depending on choices that have nothing to do with what you can see at the end.
Changing where things are, how the house is framed or how big it is drives most of the price. Material selections matter, but on a typical job they are the smaller part of the total.
We will lay out where those decision points are for your project, including where spending more genuinely buys you something and where it does not.
Specifying the job
When a remodel fails early, the cause is usually something you never saw. The finish gets all the attention, while the membrane and the underlayment do the real work of keeping it sound for the next ten years.
So we specify the hidden layers to a standard and let the visible layers follow your budget. That is not a sales position, it is just where the risk actually sits.
If you have already bought materials, bring us in before installation rather than after. Some products are much harder to install well than others and it is better to know in advance.

Who you will be dealing with
You deal with the same people from the first walkthrough through the final punch list. There is no handoff from a salesperson to a project manager to a crew who have never seen the file.
Igor runs the jobs from the site. If something needs a decision, it gets made by someone standing in the room looking at the actual condition.
We keep the number of simultaneous projects deliberately low. It is the entire reason the company exists and it is not something we are planning to grow out of.
Keeping it right afterward
Most early failures we see trace back to maintenance nobody knew was needed. Sealant that dried out and was never replaced is the classic one. Water that sheets off a clogged gutter against siding is another.
We walk you through what your specific project needs and how often. Some of it is annual, some of it is once every several years, and most of it takes minutes.
Our number does not stop working when the job ends. If a door starts sticking or a joint opens up, call and we will come see it.
Questions people ask
Full-frame or insert?
Full-frame takes the window out to the rough opening so we can see and correct the framing and install a proper sill pan. Inserts are faster and cheaper but keep whatever is behind the old frame.
Is it cheaper to do them all at once?
Per opening, usually yes, and the trim result is more consistent across an elevation.
How do I know if siding needs replacing or just paint?
If it is soft anywhere, or you have visible seam separation, paint is buying you a year. We can tell you which one you are looking at from a walkthrough.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
Surprises come with opening up a house. Our job is to make sure you see what we see, with photos and a plan, on the day it turns up, before anything is covered again.
How long does a project like this take?
Ask us after the walkthrough and you will get a straight number of weeks. Before that, anyone quoting you a timeline is guessing. As a rough guide, a single bathroom is a few weeks of work and a full home remodel takes months, and we keep you posted if the dates move.
How do we get started?
Tell us a little about the project by phone at (678) 665-7771 or through the contact page, and we will schedule a walkthrough. It is free, and what you decide afterward is entirely up to you.
Let us take a look at your window installation project
Start with a walkthrough. Call (678) 665-7771 or reach us through the contact page, and Igor will come out, look at the space as it is, and tell you plainly what the scope looks like. A job like this takes over part of your house for weeks, so it helps that the people you meet on day one are the same people finishing the job.
