Gwinnett County, GA
Peachtree Corners’s general contractor
Peachtree Corners has a substantial stock of seventies and eighties housing alongside newer development.
The houses in Peachtree Corners
Split levels and ranches from the seventies are common and respond very well to opening up the kitchen. Original baths in these houses are usually the first project people take on.

Gwinnett has some of the widest range in the metro, from seventies ranches to recent construction. The ranches in particular respond well to opening up a wall or two.
We are based in Roswell, which puts Peachtree Corners comfortably inside our working radius. Peachtree Corners sits in Gwinnett County, and the rest of that county is on the county page.

Eight categories, forty-six services, all of it available here.

How we work
Igor Dubovoy spent twenty years in the trade before starting SSRGA in 2021. The last stretch of that was at a company running about five hundred remodels a month, and the pattern there was hard to miss: the more work went out the door, the less careful it got. He started this company to run it the other way around.
The company is deliberately small. That is not a limitation we are apologizing for, it is the reason the work holds up.
How a job actually runs
First visit
Igor walks the space, asks what you actually use the room for, and gives you a straight answer about scope. Some jobs are smaller than people fear. Some are bigger. You get the real version either way.
Opening it up
The moment demo starts, the house tells you what it has been hiding. We document what we find, explain what it means for the job, and fix it properly rather than working around it.
Finishing it right
The last ten percent is where most remodels fall apart. Trim that does not quite meet, caulk lines that wander, a door that never closes square. That part gets the same attention as the framing.

What moves the number on a job like this
We do not publish prices, because a number without a walkthrough is a guess dressed up as an answer. What we can tell you is what actually drives cost, so you can think about scope before we ever come out.
Moving plumbing or electrical is the big one. Fixtures staying where they are keeps a job contained; relocating a drain or running a new circuit means opening walls, floors or ceilings and pulling the trades back in.
The condition of the house is next, and it outweighs product choices by a wide margin. If previous owners kept up with maintenance, the work goes faster. If they did not, the time goes into fixing what we find before the new work can start.
Seeing more of it
For a closer look at what we build, the gallery sorts our photos by category, and it includes the half-finished stages, because what goes in before the finish is what you are really paying for.
What it is like to have us here
Predictable hours, the same faces, and a site that gets cleaned before we leave. Floor protection and dust barriers go in before work starts.
You will know who is coming and roughly when. If a subcontractor is on site for a day, you will know that in advance too.
Questions get answered directly. There is no chain of communication to work through, because the person doing the work is the person you have been talking to since the walkthrough.

Specifying the job
Ask most people what went into their new bathroom and they will name the tile. Ask what is under it and they will not know. That hidden layer is the part that decides whether the room still holds up a decade from now.
So we specify the hidden layers to a standard and let the visible layers follow your budget. That is not a sales position, it is just where the risk actually sits.
If you have already bought materials, bring us in before installation rather than after. Some products are much harder to install well than others and it is better to know in advance.
What gets inspected
Anything structural, most mechanical work, and every addition. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections and are on site for them.
Contractors who work around permitting are avoiding scrutiny, and the scrutiny is the point. The details inspectors look hardest at are the ones that cause real failures.
It also protects you later. Unpermitted work surfaces at the worst possible moment, which is usually when you are selling or making a claim.
Looking after the work
A finished remodel is not maintenance free, but the list is short and most of it is easy.
Look at the shower and tub sealant every so often and replace it when it cracks. Make sure gutters and downspouts are flowing. Keep the bath fan and any filters clean, and that covers most of it.
You get that list from us at handover, specific to your project. If you notice a problem down the road, tell us about it. Living with it is the last thing we want for you.
Where this is
Questions people ask
How long does a project like this take?
The part that stretches a schedule is usually hidden: rot under a tub, old wiring, framing that was never right. That is why the timeline comes after the walkthrough, and why we tell you right away if something we uncover changes it. Bathrooms are typically a few weeks, whole homes several months.
Will we be able to live in the house during the work?
It depends on how much of the house is torn open at once. One room at a time, yes in most cases. For full remodels and larger additions, we talk it through honestly at the walkthrough.
How do we get started?
Tell us a little about the project by phone at (678) 665-7771 or through the contact page, and we will schedule a walkthrough. It is free, and what you decide afterward is entirely up to you.
What happens if you find something unexpected?
Surprises come with opening up a house. Our job is to make sure you see what we see, with photos and a plan, on the day it turns up, before anything is covered again.
Do you handle permits?
We do. Anything that changes structure, adds space or moves most plumbing and electrical needs a permit, and we take care of the application and the inspections so you do not have to.
Who is actually on site?
The same crew, and Igor is on the job rather than running it from a truck somewhere else. That is the difference a smaller shop can offer.
