Tell us what you want to change

Call, email, or fill in the form. Igor will come out, look at the space and give you a straight read on what the job involves. The walkthrough costs nothing.

What happens after you call

We set a time that works, usually within the same week. Igor comes out and walks the space with you, asks what you actually use the room for, and looks at what is behind the finishes where he can.

You get a straight answer about scope: what the job involves, roughly how long it takes, and where the complications are likely to be. If a project is bigger than you were expecting, you hear that then rather than three weeks in.

There is no pressure attached to any of it. Look at our gallery and the services we cover first if you want a sense of the work.

What we will want to know

It helps if you can tell us roughly what you are thinking, but you do not need drawings or a finished plan. Plenty of people call us at the stage of knowing the bathroom is wrong without knowing what right looks like.

Useful things to mention: roughly when the house was built, whether you have had work done before and by whom, whether anything is actively leaking or failing, and what your timing looks like. None of it is required.

If it is an active leak or something structural, say so when you call. Those move up the list, because they get worse while they wait.

Some of what we have built

Vaulted room with exposed beams and new flooring throughout
Marble bathroom with a freestanding tub under a vaulted ceiling
Renovated living space with a stone fireplace and an open staircase

How scope drives cost

Two versions of the same project can differ enormously depending on choices that have nothing to do with what you can see at the end.

Relocating fixtures, changing structure and expanding footprint are the expensive decisions. Material and finish selections matter, but they move the number far less than people assume.

We will lay out where those decision points are for your project, including where spending more genuinely buys you something and where it does not.

Who you will be dealing with

You deal with the same people from the first walkthrough through the final punch list. There is no handoff from a salesperson to a project manager to a crew who have never seen the file.

Igor runs the jobs from the site. If something needs a decision, it gets made by someone standing in the room looking at the actual condition.

We keep the number of simultaneous projects deliberately low. It is the entire reason the company exists and it is not something we are planning to grow out of.

How long this takes

The honest answer is that it depends on scope and on what the house has been hiding, but that is not an excuse for a vague schedule. After the walkthrough you get dates.

We sequence around lead times rather than starting demolition and hoping. If the cabinets are eight weeks out, we do not tear out your kitchen in week one.

When something does change, you hear it from us the day we know. The worst version of a remodel is the one where the homeowner works out the schedule has slipped by noticing nobody showed up.

What gets inspected

Anything structural, most mechanical work, and every addition. We pull the permits, schedule the inspections and are on site for them.

Contractors who work around permitting are avoiding scrutiny, and the scrutiny is the point. The details inspectors look hardest at are the ones that cause real failures.

It also protects you later. Unpermitted work surfaces at the worst possible moment, which is usually when you are selling or making a claim.

Questions people ask

How long does a project like this take?

We will not give you a timeline over the phone, because the honest answer depends on what is behind the walls. Once we have walked the job, you get dates. A single bathroom tends to land in the few-weeks range, and full remodels take months.

Do you handle permits?

Permits are on us. Work that needs one gets one, including additions, structural changes and most plumbing or electrical moves, and every one of them gets inspected.

Will we be able to live in the house during the work?

For most single-room projects, yes. Full home remodels and larger additions are harder, and we will tell you honestly at the walkthrough whether staying is realistic.

Who is actually on site?

Igor, along with the crew that started your job. He works on site instead of managing a dozen projects from a phone, which is the whole reason the company is kept small.

How do we get started?

Reach us at (678) 665-7771 or through the contact page. We will find a time to see the space in person. There is no charge for that visit and nobody will lean on you to sign.

What happens if you find something unexpected?

You find out that day. Old houses hide things, and when we open a wall and find one, we send pictures and tell you what we recommend before any work continues on it.
