Trailer Bathroom Repair done properly
Not every problem needs a full remodel. Sometimes it is one fixture and the floor around it.
What this work involves
Common repairs are a rocking toilet on a failed flange, a soft patch of floor around the tub, a leaking drain connection, or a surround that has separated at the seams and is letting water into the wall.

The fix is worth doing early. Almost all of these are small jobs while they are small and become a full rebuild if they are left, because the water keeps going somewhere.
We will tell you honestly which category yours is in. If a repair is going to be a temporary measure on a bathroom that needs rebuilding, we would rather say that up front.
The sequence on a job like this
- Diagnosis of the actual source, which is often not where the damage shows
- Localized subfloor repair where the damage is contained
- Flange, drain, supply or surround repair as needed
- Reseal, refinish and check the surrounding area for anything missed

What we look at before quoting trailer bathroom repair
Every trailer bathroom repair job starts the same way: we look at what the new work has to sit on. We will tell you honestly which category yours is in. If a repair is going to be a temporary measure on a bathroom that needs rebuilding, we would rather say that up front.
Most cost overruns trace back to something that could have been spotted before work began. That is why we take our time at the walkthrough and ask the awkward questions then.
Worth knowing
The thing that usually goes wrong
Fixing the symptom without finding the leak. The repair looks good and the floor keeps getting softer around it.
The difference between a remodel that lasts and one that looks fine for two years is almost always in the part nobody photographs. What the tile is set on. Whether the framing was corrected before the drywall went up. Whether the decking under the shingles was replaced or covered over.

What moves the number on a job like this
Prices are not on this site, and that is on purpose. A remodel number depends on the house, and we have not seen yours yet. The useful thing we can share now is which decisions move the total the most.
The first question is location. A new vanity in the old spot is straightforward. A vanity on a different wall means new supply lines and a new drain, plus the patching that follows.
After that it is condition and materials, in that order. What we find behind the finishes affects the schedule more than any product selection does, and a house that has been well maintained costs less to work on than one that has not.
What the schedule actually looks like
We give you a real schedule after the walkthrough, and we tell you when it moves. Most schedule slippage in remodeling comes from two places: material lead times and things found during demolition.
Lead times we manage by ordering early. Cabinets, windows, specialty tile and anything custom gets ordered before demolition where the sequence allows, so you are not living in a half-finished room waiting on a delivery.
Discovery we manage by budgeting time for it. On any house over about twenty years old, something turns up. Planning as though nothing will is how projects end up months late with everyone frustrated.

Specifying the job
When a remodel fails early, the cause is usually something you never saw. The finish gets all the attention, while the membrane and the underlayment do the real work of keeping it sound for the next ten years.
So we specify the hidden layers to a standard and let the visible layers follow your budget. That is not a sales position, it is just where the risk actually sits.
If you have already bought materials, bring us in before installation rather than after. Some products are much harder to install well than others and it is better to know in advance.
After we finish
The end of the job includes a walkthrough where we go over what was done and what it needs from you, which is usually not much.
The parts worth attention are the wet joints, the exterior drainage and anything that moves. Everything else is built to be left alone.
If something needs looking at later, call. Knowing what is behind the finish is worth something, and we do.
Questions people ask
Is a repair enough?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly which category yours is in. Most of these are small jobs while they are small and turn into a full rebuild if they are left.
Where is the water actually coming from?
Often not where the damage shows. We trace the source rather than fixing the symptom, because a repair over an active leak just moves the problem.
Is remodeling a mobile home different?
Structurally, yes. Wall thickness, framing spacing and plumbing runs are all different from site-built houses, and fixtures sized for a standard house often will not fit.
How do we get started?
Tell us a little about the project by phone at (678) 665-7771 or through the contact page, and we will schedule a walkthrough. It is free, and what you decide afterward is entirely up to you.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, on the work that needs them. Structural changes, additions, most electrical and plumbing moves all get pulled and inspected. We handle the paperwork and the inspections.
Who is actually on site?
Igor is. He spent twenty years in the trade and still works the jobs himself, alongside a crew that stays with your project until it is done.
